Known allergy to herbal formulations or to Acalypha indica. • Open wounds, deep cuts; active bleeding lesions. • Severe Dermatitis, eczema flare, psoriasis with barrier break down (as per physician’s advice) • Extremely dry (or) atopic skin if used excessively. • Post-procedural skin. (chemical peels, laser, dermabrasion) • Patients on strong topical dermatologic medications (retinoids/ steroids) may increase sensitivity.
