Cancellations
If you must cancel an order, please note that orders cannot be directly cancelled through the website. You must contact our store to place a request for cancellation.
For cancellations prior to shipment:
If you cancel your order before your order has shipped, we will refund the entire amount less 5% of the total order value towards restocking and processing costs.
If the cancellation is received after your order has shipped: If we have shipped your order before we receive your cancellation instructions, the shipment fee as well as the 5% restocking and processing fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once processed, the amount will take up to 7 banking days to reflect in your bank account
Replacements & Returns
Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product seal is not broken and the item is returned in its original packaging. All eligible returns will incur a 5% restocking and processing fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
You can only request a refund or replacement for a product within 7 days of delivery. Strictly no replacements or refunds will be entertained after 7 days of the order being delivered.
Cell Health Universal is committed to delivering your order in good condition within a reasonable time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely, we ship through reputed third-party courier agencies only. Please note that we operate within India only and do not ship internationally.
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders, with no additional shipping or handling charges. Product prices listed on the Website are exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes will be calculated and added during checkout.
Orders are dispatched every morning and are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, except on Sundays and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking updates via your preferred mode of communication (SMS, WhatsApp, or email).
Most orders within India are delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the shipment date. Delivery of your order will be made to the address specified by you at the time of placing the order.
